Sherrill Builders has the distinction of being a family-owned custom home builder and residential remodeling company in the greater Fayetteville, North Carolina area. We work closely with you, our client, your architect and designer to create a functional and beautiful living space to call home. Our ability to provide you with exceptional work and hands-on supervision separates us from others. We work with trusted and skilled trade contractors that care about every project and the homeowners with whom we partner.
The Founder
Meet Steve Sherrill
Steve Sherrill is a Fayetteville-area native and a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Institute, where he studied Construction Management. Early in his career, Steve was mentored by Bill Gardner one of Fayetteville’s premier custom home builders, an experience that helped shape his commitment to quality craftsmanship and client-focused service.
In 2000, Steve founded Sherrill Builders. He is a Certified NCBI Master Builder with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Under his leadership, the company has built a reputation for clear communication, attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to quality, reliability, and integrity.
Steve is a member of the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors and the National Association of Home Builders.
